Ingredients für 2 portions
- For Matcha Latte
- 1 tsp matcha
- 50 ml warm water
- 400 ml Milk or plant drink of your choice e.g. soya milk
- 1 tbsp gingerbread spice
- ½ tsp vanilla sugar
- For the topping
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- cinnamon pistachios and matcha for decoration.
Strain Matcha througha fine sieve, pour the water over it and mix it together well.
Warm the milk, add vanilla sugar, gingerbread spice and matcha. Mix it together well.
Fort he topping beat the whipped cream with vanilla sugar and cinnamon until stiff.
Fill the matcha latte in two glasses or mugs and top it with the cream.
Spread with honey and decorate it with matcha, cinnamon and pistachios.
